Who we are
Studio Taite was founded by Jori, a business school graduate with a vision to connect Finnish modernism with international markets. His admiration for Alvar Aalto’s functionalist interiors and design philosophy sparked the idea of creating a curated bridge between Finland and design professionals abroad.
Mia, co-founder of Studio Taite, grew up in Jyväskylä, Alvar Aalto’s hometown. Surrounded by his architectural and design heritage. Having lived with this legacy from an early age, she brings a deep personal passion for Finnish design and a desire to share its cultural value with the wider world.
